Angelique Anselme was born and raised in South Florida and has over six years of healthcare experience in many different facets.
She is an alumna of both Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University, where she completed her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
As a mental health counselor, Angelique’s therapeutic orientation lies within the humanistic branch of counseling, and she most comfortably identifies as an existential therapist.
Her areas of strength when working with clients include issues of self-esteem, mindfulness techniques, grief/loss, relationship issues, life transitions/adjustments, establishing life purpose, managing stress, as well as anxiety and depressive disorders.
The current patient population she works with is adults, but she is open to all clients needing assistance.
She enjoys traveling, reading, volunteering for her national sorority, and spending quality time with friends and family.
