Erin is a dedicated counselor who earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. She has clinical experience working with adults facing challenges such as ADHD, substance use, depression, and anxiety.

Erin’s counseling philosophy centers on empowering clients with compassion and care as they embark on their journey of self-discovery.

She believes in helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to understand how these elements influence their overall well-being. With a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy, Erin incorporates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Erin strongly believes that what brings people into therapy is not what keeps them in therapy; together, she works with her clients to develop and practice skills that enable them to take control of their lives. She is deeply passionate about continuous learning and values her little family above all else.
