Dolores Rexach is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She obtained a master's in advanced family practice from Barry University and a post-graduate psychiatric mental health certification from the University of Miami.
Dolores is an American Psychiatric Nurses Association suicide prevention provider, and a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
