For partner locations without on-site psychiatric staff, Elevate provides virtual psychiatry services across the entire state of Florida. Patients connect with our clinicians via secure telehealth, maintaining continuity of care with their primary care team through shared EHR access and coordinated treatment plans.

For Cano Health locations beyond our physical presence, we extend coverage through virtual psychiatric services — ensuring every patient in the network has access to board-certified psychiatric care, regardless of which center they visit.
In partnership with Centerwell Senior Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, Elevate Psychiatry provides psychiatric coverage for approximately 25,000 Medicare Advantage patients across the Orlando metro area. Our clinicians are currently integrated into 3 Centerwell centers, with active expansion underway to 7 locations.
This partnership focuses on the unique psychiatric needs of the senior population — including late-life depression, anxiety, cognitive concerns, medication interactions, and the behavioral components of chronic disease management. By embedding psychiatric expertise within Centerwell's primary care model, we help reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency department utilization among this vulnerable population.
